Sublists - Editor
You reach the sublist editor by selecting a sublist in the sublist panel and clicking the edit button. In the editor pane, the database items are displayed in a list on the left, and the sublist is shown on the right.Adding an item to the sublist
To add an item, click the AddItem button. An empty pull down menu will be added to the sublist. Type then the name of the item in text field of the pull-down menu, press the Enter (Return) key, and click on the arrow to display a selection of corresponding database items. Choose the one you want. The new item is added at the end of the sublist if no sublist item is selected, otherwise it is added after the selected item.Removing an item from the sublist
Select the item to remove and click on the remove button.Setting the default state
When an item is added to the sublist, it is selected by default. If you want to make its addition to the shopping list optional, you can uncheck it. It will be then unchecked by default when you view the sublist. You can also type the default quantity of the item in the comment field. It will be added to the comment field of the item when the item is added to the shopping list.Organizing the items of the sublist
You can add sublist headings by clicking on addText and inputting the heading text in the new field. They are useful for grouping the sublist items. You move the items and headings up or down by selecting them and clicking the up and down buttons.Exiting the editor
You exit the sublist editor by clicking the OK button to save the modifications, or the cancel button to discard the modifications to the sublist.Copyright Rufenacht Innovative 2004.
