Troubleshooting
If you think that the recipes do not correspond to the recipe list, or that some have disappeared, or if some recipe ingredients appear modified, your preference file or recipe index file may have been damaged. You will have to rebuild the preferences by typing "CTRL-SHIFT-K" on Windows, and "COMMAND-SHIFT-K" on Mac OS X. The application has to be restarted after. To rebuild the index of cookbooks, open first the cookbook in the Recipes panel, then select "Update Index". Only indices of unlocked cookbooks can be rebuild.
If this doesn't solve your problem and you cannot find the answers to your questions in this help, contact our customer service. Please, specify in your e-mail your operating system and the version of Shop'NCook you are using. If possible, attach the file "stdouterr.txt" to your message. It is found in the installation folder and may help us diagnose the problem.
