Menus That Talk has created portable devices that speak aloud the menu to the restaurant guests. Their website provides also an online tool to update the talking menus.

According to Menus That Talk website:

A portable, compact device the size of a DVD case that speaks to restaurant guests when menu categories are pressed. Food items are named and described in detail, along with prices, wine selections and sides.

Menus feature recorded human voices available in two selectable languages. Buttons and controls are imprinted in Braille for use by handicapped diners.
