Shop’NCook, Java & Yosemite
As many users of Shop’NCook have found out, the default installation of Java 8 is faulty on Yosemite, which means that Shop’NCook cannot run out of the box.
Apple has fixed partially the problem by allowing to install the legacy Java 6. After installing Java 6 from this link, you can update Java to the latest version by downloading it directly from Oracle.
The link to Java 6 no longer works.
Can you check the link again? It is working for me!
