Shop'NCook needs to be restarted after changing the e-mail settings - it's maybe why you couldn't make it work the first time around.</description>

You posted a post back in 2007 regarding gmail that concisely gave exactly the information needed, and it might help to link to that post here http://www.shopncook.com/blog/sending-recipes-by-e-mail-one-size-fits-all/  Although I had entered it correctly, it didn't work on the first go-round for some reason and I tried some other settings and ended up back at your post and it worked!  I love it!!!!</description>
