Mohammed,

You can download the trial of Shop'NCook Pro at http://www.shopncook.com/pro.html to compute the nutritional information of your recipes. You can then format them with the tool above. However, to get an accurate nutritional analysis, you have to input into Shop'NCook the nutritional values for the actual ingredients you are using. You should be able to get them from your suppliers. The default values of the database may correspond to an average of similar products or to a different brand and may not be reliable enough for labeling purposes. You may have to adjust also the values for nutritional loss during processing. I will write a post about it soon, stay tuned!

Suzy,

Yes, you can import also recipes from cookinglight.com : just select the whole recipe with the mouse (title, ingredients, text) and drag & drop it on the Recipe manager panel of Shop'NCook. You can also import a picture in the same way.

If you want, you can download a trial version of Shop'NCook at http://www.shopncook.com/downloads.html and try it for yourself!

I have a recipe file on cookinglight.com. Will I be able to import recipes from that site? Also, can I print my recipes on 3x5" recipe cards?

Absolutely.

While I'm sure the tart would taste great without the whipped cream I am certain that it would taste better. Sure there is an increase of calories, but I suspect that most of the calories come from the custard and crust.
